Refund policy

At DESYN, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.

Returns

  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Products purchased during special promotions or sale events may not be eligible for returns (if applicable, this will be clearly mentioned).

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.

Return Approval Process

  • Once your return request is reviewed and approved, detailed pickup instructions will be shared.

  • If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you may be required to self-ship the product.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be initiated after the returned product successfully passes quality inspection.

  • The refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original mode of payment.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer (bank details may be required).


EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Exchanges are subject to size availability and stock status.

  • If the requested size is unavailable, a refund will be processed as per the refund policy.


NON-RETURNABLE CONDITIONS

Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • The product shows signs of usage.

  • Tags have been removed.

  • The item is damaged after delivery.

  • The return request is made beyond the specified return window.
