Returns

Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Products purchased during special promotions or sale events may not be eligible for returns (if applicable, this will be clearly mentioned).
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.
Return Approval Process

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, detailed pickup instructions will be shared.

If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you may be required to self-ship the product.
Refunds

Refunds will be initiated after the returned product successfully passes quality inspection.

The refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original mode of payment.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer (bank details may be required).
EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges are subject to size availability and stock status.

If the requested size is unavailable, a refund will be processed as per the refund policy.
NON-RETURNABLE CONDITIONS
Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

The product shows signs of usage.

Tags have been removed.

The item is damaged after delivery.
